Very happy with the service at this post office. Woman behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. She was patient with my request.

Will be raising a formal complaint. Had an email from Royal Mail informing my parcel had been delivered with SIGNATURE PROOF. Turn up to collect, employee looks for parcel... Says its not here... Shrugs and says "Royal Mail" what an absolute joke.

URGENT!!! Post Office LTD - Please replace manager of this Post Office branch. Very slow, Rude and Lazy staff members in this Post Office. Long queues, Store full of people! It's not "COVID-19" safe at all.

Every time I go into this PO, the service gets worse. Queue times aside, the attitude and service from the staff is outrageous. I made the mistake of asking for the lady behind the counters advice and was made to feel completely stupid and incompetent. I am genuinely concerned for an elderly person or anyone who needed support being faced with the experience I had today. I am lucky enough to be able to use another office but this is not the case for others.

Very slow also I had a envelope that was clearly a large letter but was told it has to be a parcel - went to Croydon high street and it was processed as a letter - please make sure you use the sizing chart and ask for them to push it through otherwise save your money and go to another post office

There is always a long wait and the woman with the glasses is so rude just kept shouting over me and not listening to what I was trying to say. She has absolutely no customer service skills at all. Avoid this post office if you can.

The two women that work in this post office haven’t a clue about customer services. They won’t greet you or use any sort of manners. Usually only one person on at a time and even then they’ll be sorting out other things whilst just looking at everyone waiting to be served. Wait time are always very long, usually 20-30 minutes just to be served.

I always find the staff polite and helpful and as for the comments about queues as others have said this is a village post office serving many people. I'm not sure what else to expect as so many banks have shut and the post office is now taking bank deposits as well as the usual post office services.

No matter what season or how many people are in the queue they are the slowest post office.  Guaranteed poor and slow service.  Pretty much like that scene in zootopia.  Also the people that visit seem not to be carrying out simple postage service, they seem to trying to rearrange their life at the window.

Sadly it is quite clear this post office has a problem with staff training. Every review I have read here points the same issues out, over a three or four year period. How is that even possibly acceptable? My business requires me to send large parcels and packages, so where possible I tend to pay extra and use an independent courier service to save having to go into this particular post office, which is only five minutes walk from my home! Why haven't these issues been taken care of?
