There are  no words to describe the utter awfull   shocking   clueless inability to resolve anything thrown at them its  pure circus stuff .their treatment with very shifty  cluless plumbers from their building services department .qualifications out of a lucky bag more like .only trade cards  in their pockets but no corgi registard cards for sure .
If it involves turning a nut you( might) be lucky  to stop the leak or you might be OK thats after comming back 3 times within an hour to tighten the same nut on a radiator which was leaking slightly  anything else forget it .00000 stars
