My experience is realy bad has been for year's am still in a decant house for 2 fires done deliberately twice, no help I was the only person in the stair that was left out of the past year, nobody will tell the truth, nobody came to ask neighbour's in 241-gf1 sad f##k her everyone knows about granton what is happening excèpt me, work all finished now complaining doesn't get passed on 241-1f1.

Places like this are bound to attract negative reviews. Politics set completely aside, I've been pleasantly surprised by the service given from this council. It's not perfect, and yes I have my own misgivings about policies, etc, but in terms of customer service I have been well impressed.

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star as I would have given minus a star if it were possible my wife has phoned 4 times in the last 7 days to acquire a mere copy of MY council tax form (I don't keep my letters from "march" it's now November) we NEED a copy of the council tax form to enrol my son in school (this must be a common occurrence around this time of year, as a council tax form is normal requirements and the last ones given were in March) my wife is worried it might affect my sons chances of getting a place and she has only been able to access a switchboard

who the hell is closed at quarter past 3 in the afternoon on a Saturday? needed to phone about council tax enquiries but their phone service is so awful.
