Wrote to them about an unattended PSV parked at a bus stop and abuse from a driver. No reply so an FOI request was made.

I used to be a tour operator and they are the most inefficient unimpressive bunch I have ever encountered. It took them one year to process my application for a psv bus licence which cost me money. Also, state sponsored bullies who enjoy pushing people around. I am all for public safety and compliance in regards to commercial vehicles but the way they communicate is Draconian and disgusting

emailed them on Tuesday and not even acknowledgment.
