The team are fantastic and provide a high standard of service. The pub is always clean and they serve a great range of drinks. Food is always hot, served promptly and of a high standard. The manager takes time to walk around and greet customers to make you feel welcome. I thoroughly recommend The Chase for any social occasion.
Excellent service. The young lady that served us was very friendly and cheery. Made us feel very welcome. Food service was fast and efficient. The meals were all very tasty and great portion sizes. Excellent value for money. We will most definitely be back again.
A well presented and busy pub with a sports focus. Inside and out side seating for dining or just enjoying a drink with friends. Big screens and plenty of smaller ones for sports events to be shown with a reasonable selection of beers, ales, ciders wine and spirits to enjoy them with.
Very modern feel to this pub " inside and outside " On arrival the landlord was at the main entrance and ran through all the procedures of the pub due to the virus . If your a sports fan then this is the place for you , very large screens inside and even one outside. Finally eaten and impressed with prices plus great food . Fantastic offer's on different days and well worth a visit
Came on a Monday evening for a meal and it was excellent. We had three different main courses, and the verdict on each was that it was spot on. We all thought that the chips were particularly wonderful! Very friendly staff, and really great value to boot too. Well done, The Chase! Thank you

Very warm welcome from lovely land lord, who explained all the new rules to the whole family. Food was amazing they even catered for portion sizes for my awkward children. I especially loved the decor right up my street. All the staff where lovely and beautiful. Keep up the good work and we will see you next time.
Lovely place to stop and eat after a ride or walk at cannock chase. Very welcoming. Clean and tidy. Plenty of parking. Really good atmosphere. Im gluten free so trued there GF menu and told the staff and everything has been fine. Recommended
We had a girls meal out at the chase, excellent service , lovely meal, I don't eat puddings but that wasn't a problem because staff went the extra mile and made up a very tasty dish of cheese, biscuits, tiasted french stick with chutney. Thank you very much we'll be back very soon
Food was ok and the desert was amazing. The buffalo crispy chicken burger was really good and so was the fish and chips but it was a not a good portion. The gammon was really chewy. The waitress that served us at the beginning wasn't very polite and pleasant she was very rude. The second one that served us the mains was really bubbly. Service makes a difference.
