Friday night is fine for a good night with the disco. Mix of old and young people people. Has improved recently and the bar staff work hard.
A nice pub. A bit more traditional local pubish than the average city pub. Sadly there 'are' screens, but they do not predominate like they do in other city pubs; There is plenty of opportunity for conversation or for playing games, friendly clientele & staff. To sum up 'Cozy & friendly'.

Hi been going in the chantrey for years great pub but only gave 4 stars because they have got rid of the best DJ on a Friday and Saturday rosco but good beer
