Called in for a quick pint having visited the area I was born in, a few doors along on nether edge road. Didn't eat so can't comment it was very quiet being middle of day , good local real ale was welcome to seeService: 5/5
Stopped for a beer as we were in Sheffield for Liam Gallagher staying at the top of the road. Great and friendly landlord and getting beer served in a chilled glass was a nice touch Service: 5/5
Genuinely surprised by the quality of the food. Went for Pie night and will be going back for the Sunday Dinner. Home made proper pie. Chips are quite possible the best anywhere. And came with loads of seasonal veg.Food: 5/5
Been a few times. Sunday lunch is already great and really well priced. Clean and welcoming. Oh and see image...how brilliant!

Proper Sheffield pub, went to watch the rugby. Decent prices on the drinks. Only tiny negative was the landlord loved standing in front of the screen but pretty good all round
Nice pub in a nice part of Sheffield.... Nice outside seating area where you can relax with your friends when the weather is good and watch the world go slowly by. Beer is reasonably priced and I am told the food the do is good. Can get very crowded when the sun is our so be aware.
A great local pub serving a modest but tasty selection of real ale. Good for watching sport, including Saturday 3 pm matches, and has good, homemade food. Does a good Sunday lunch and has great Pie Friday. The only negative is that I come out stinking of air freshener, so my missus makes me change clothes when I get home!
