Been there on two occasions and both times I witnessed the most dismal service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Unbelievably rude employees that make you question if what you’re hearing from them is actually real. This location clearly needs new management because it is deeply damaging the image of Whetherspoons as a larger chain.
Very bad customer service. The staff is very rude and almost started a fight with a customer. I think the manager should train the staff properly, especially in basic manners.
Very poor reactions to customers. Getting drinks orders wrong all night. We were quickly asked to leave when questioned.
Most of the staff is rude,specially the bold man that is suprvisor/manager. Meand my roomies are discussed.
