While our retail centre offers a great variety of useful stores that benefit both visitors and businesses, several pressing operational issues require your immediate attention to maintain the standard of the complex.nnFirst, there are significant health and hygiene concerns regarding the public toilets. They are currently in an unacceptable state and require an immediate deep clean, as well as the installation of industrial-strength air fresheners to address a severe odor.nnSecond, I have noticed that some of the external traders operating outside the storefronts but within the centre—particularly those selling mobile phone accessories—engage in highly questionable pricing practices. Visitors need to be very cautious when interacting with them, and I believe this lack of oversight reflects poorly on the reputation of the entire centre.nnLastly, regarding the parking facilities, the large car parking area is a great asset; however, please ensure the current terms—where parking is free for 1 hour and 30 minutes and chargeable thereafter—are clearly communicated to visitors to avoid confusion.nnThank you for your prompt attention to these matters.

A really convenient shopping centre right in the heart of Edgware. There’s a good variety of shops, a supermarket, TK Maxx, Poundland, Costa Coffee and plenty of everyday essentials all in one place.nnThe facilities are also very convenient with toilets and baby-changing facilities, which makes a big difference when visiting with a little one. My wife our daughter and I always enjoy coming here. Very practical and well located! Recommending this place!

Nice variety of shops, plenty of places to sit down. The toilets are decent and it's right next to the station. Plenty of parking in the Sainsbury's car park. It's really a wonderful deal. Nice plant shop at the back, too

The Broadwalk Shopping Centre is a convenient local spot with a good mix of essential stores and services. From supermarkets and pharmacies to small independent shops, it covers most daily needs. It’s clean and generally well-maintained, with helpful staff and a relaxed atmosphere. While it’s not a huge centre, it’s perfect for quick errands or casual shopping. Parking is usually available, and public transport access is great.

The Broadwalk Shopping Centre is a nice small shopping centre in Edgware right next to the station. It has well known retail stores everything is on the ground floor along with costa coffee sweet machine and toilets. The centre was clean and tidy when I came here.
