Excellent selection of shops and restaurants here with varieties for everyone. The centre is always clean and tidy and there are many toilets available for visitors. They also have a quiet section for families that want to feed their babies in private.

Dated, and seemingly forgotten. Perhaps if they updated their shops it could bring more life into it, but for now it's not in a position where it could compete with its neighbouring Westfield. They should find a way to differentiate themselves from other Shopping centers, because otherwise they may not be in business much longer :( I would like to see it thrive, so I'll revisit in a few months and update my feedback accordingly...

Love Westfield Shepherds Bush!! It's all about fun shopping. And more!! There is everything for everyone. From kids to grandparents!!

A very good electic shopping centre that has something to offer for anyone. Probably best to visit by public transport but be prepared for a lot of people and a busy shopping experience.

Decent-ish but shop/floor layout doesn't seem very intuitive. Busy but spacious allowing you to get to most places with ease. A good place to start if you're struggling for inspiration for presents and shepherd's Bush Stations (above and underground) are virtually next door making it pretty easy to get to. However please note that the traffic around the round about is pretty intense most of the time so maybe best to take public transport over driving!
