Shell of its former self. Once Westfield opened it went downhill fast. Virtually all stores have vacated, only time will tell before they convert it into luxury flats. It's a shame, an amazing building, in a great location. The centre staircase has been used in multiple movies.

Great place to go for anything from shopping to dining or even entertainment. They have something for everyone. They have a wide variety to shop. Food court is good you can find something amazing to eat. It’s for everyone. Good place to go to do your Christmas shopping you can find everything you need.

Slowly dying, Whiteleys has only a fee stores of interest. Beyond the ground floor and a few the movie theatre it's a more place of solitude then shopping. Enjoy just sitting upstairs and reading in piece. Surprised the store is still here...its perfect for apartment.

I remember this place over 10 years ago when it was a proper mall. It is now just a lot of empty units and a sad carcass of a previously popular place. There are only a few shops remaining. Kurt Geiger, M&S, Costa to name a few. The cinema is still open as is some of the restaurants on the 2nd floor. The toys r us is closing. Not much to come here for in my opinion.

Many a moon has risen since I was in here. It's greatly improved. It's been divided up into smaller retail units to take into account the change in the population of the area.
