Love this shop, its products and ethics

I can not thank the staff for their kindness and generosity when I was looking for hand sanitizer for my partner. The staff here have shown that they are genuine people who want to help their customers and people who come in for help especially in these times. Like I said I can not thank them enough for what they did I almost cried from just their support and helpfulness. Thank you so much

I love this place. Great staff, great products, great prices.  I love how the staff know their stuff when it comes to the products and always know how to help you with an issue.  My first visit was simply to find something to get rid of my blackheads which caused a lot of self-confidence issues since I could see people look at my nose as I spoke to them. The lady in the store was friendly and showed me some products that can help as well as tested them on me in front of a mirror.  The Body Shop also deeply loves it's customers and the world it's in with it's many Community Fair Trade sources. As for it's customers the Love your Body card is a good thing to keep on hand. Each time you buy in store, they mark your card and at specific marks you get a free gift!. You also become entitled to a free product on the month of your birthday as a gift from them to you which is a great bonus. So is the 10% discount on products, which is great if you're buying gifts!

Lovely laid out shop and very spacious area so that when it's busy, no one is sandwiched. The smell welcomes you aswell as sometimes a member of staff at the door pomroting and being informative. The staff make sure the customers are getting the best deals and being cared for. The products always are of good quality and hardly any harsh chemicals. Used to love coming here to buy gifts for friends and family.

Went in just to browse, staff were very informative on what products they stocked and what specials they had on offer and were extremely friendly. Didn't put too much pressure on to buy anything which is a nice change for busy shops in Liverpool, felt like they genuinely enjoyed their jobs. Thanks for a nice experience!

You can't beat the coconut range here! The smell is unbelievable. Always has a great selection of gift sets which come in handy for Christmas! Hemp hand cream is great works wonders. Staff are great always helpful and cheerful.

Called by today, for my regular product and it was boreded up, please tell me its closed for a re-fit and not gone all together?

Girlfriend loves the place got her the 25 day £99 red advent calendar and Christmas day was dice to roll and read the questions on each of the 25 box's that we had already done when she opened each box day by day not knowing there was dice and a game till the last day when there all read already, 24 days of amazing gifts tho, it was a good present
