rang up regarding a hair extension query and with complete disregards from the staff member at the end of the phone who clearly made no effort to check on the colour I was asking I got a simple 'NO' with a very rude attitude, as a hairdresser myself I do not expect to spoken to in this manner when I am sending business their way, I later sent my client in who then came back to me expressing that the staff where also very rude to her and spoke amongst themselves as if she wasn't even there. Clearly staff training is needed regarding customer service.

So my sister paid almost £200 for her hair extensions and for them to be fitted. Wow where to start they were not the right colour they where supposed to be remi the hair was course like horse hair the extension's where not even put in properly and then when they had cut them into her hair they cut her hair which was shoulder length as it was half an inch shorter on one side than the other. My sister has just started her own business and has saved up for these it's taken her months and months putting a bit away here and there and she was heart broken it took my friend taking her back and kicking off for her to get a refund the gut himself said he's not sure what happened was disgusting I will never tell anyone to go there its lucky it got one star

ThI hate having to shop in here but its the only place that stocks my hair . The staff are rude and un educated. The fact they gather gossiping then go quiet when you ask something is like being in a school playground. Plus i was overcharged i don't think they care funny how you can't review any where else I'm sure peoplw would have a lot to say. HATE HATE HATE this place!!!
