The staff at this branch of L'Occitane are so so lovely. Every time we've been in we've had a great experience and I think I should leave a review and never got around to it! But this time we have to especially after sending my husband in on his lunch to grab a gift for my mother's birthday - We were a bit stuck with it all as our original plan of what to get was no longer an option. Kelvin was mega helpful to get my partner sorted and we managed to get a really lovely gift sorted for her thanks to his help. So grateful for such excellent customer service!
Popped in today to pick up a shower gel refill, Kelvin was class what a nice guy. My little girl walked out the shop an instantly said “he was a nice man Dad” ill be back to purchase more and too see Kelvin. Great experience. Every shop needs a Kelvin!!!
Purchased items from there a couple of times and every time the staff are so helpful. I’ve been served by Calvin on multiple occasions and he is very helpful and is very knowledgeable about the products in the store.
Calvin was especially kind and helped us pick out gifts for family members. He went over and above for us. Great shop.
Love choosing gifts in this shop, staff are friendly & attentive and always ready to offer advice making it easy to purchase the right products. Would not shop anywhere else for L'Occitane items. This little shop is superb.
I cannot recommend this store highly enough. Their products are of universally high quality and there is something for everybody - men included young and not so young. Their scents have a unique feel to them that takes you away from some more run-of-the-mill offerings found elsewhere. I find their staff to be excellent, and knowledgable about their products. They have even gone so far as to remember not just my own preferences and skincare needs but also those of my sisters and mother, who they have never met but whose details they remember. Something for every price range as well - you can pick up stockling filler gifts for about £10, or really splash out on their high-range creams etc.
Was my mother and I’s first time in Liverpool and thought we would pop in. The products are of amazing quality and are brilliant for all skin types. The customer service was 5* and everyone was really friendly. Did not get the gentleman’s name at the time that helped and served us at the till, but my receipt says I was advised by “Kelvin”. Will definitely come back!

Popped in this branch for the first time as my wife loves their stuff. I want to thank the Greek lady whose name I didnt ask but was really welcoming and helpful. I wish her all the best.
Not the cheapest, but they have a nice range of quality products. Friendly staff too.
