I absolutely love shopping for Molton Brown products. The staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable and Ali in Liverpool was no exception. We went twice in 2 days and both times we were made to feel like guests. Ali's warm welcome was one of the highlights from our trip to Liverpool. What an absolute star. Hats off to you for your exemplary customer service. Thank you.

I bought a shower gel the other day but decided it might be a bit too much for my secret Santa since the limit is only £10. I went back to the shop the next day to return it unopened and exactly in the same packaging but they said I wasn’t allowed to return it and I could only exchange? The young girl didn’t even look at my product or my receipt, very unprofessional behaviour towards me.

Stopped by to test the new mint and Lavinia scent : sensational! So impressed with the botanical feel in the shop. Found out through lovely assistant, Ali , that Wayne had cultivated them all himself !!! Thought they were part of the launch !! Well done for bringing some individuality to our Liverpool shop !?

My wife and I stopped in to explore the various Molton Brown products on a weekday. We were assisted by Ally and Zach I really hope I spelled them correctly!. They were both extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient. They went above and beyond as far as service was concerned even supplying restaurant recommendations when asked. A really enjoyable experience!  We will be back.

Molton Brown offers a wonderful selection of hand washes etc.  Me and my Mum visited here and one lady provided fantastic service explaining each product thoroughly. She was extremely kind and patient. She also offered us free samples to take home.  We'll definitely be returning!

Fantastic service and very welcoming, I’m not a confident person and that day had a lot on my mind. A lovely lady called Ali served me and we chatted about different things. I bought some lovely bath things for my daughter and had some free samples. My item was beautifully wrapped and all staff were very pleasurable. I phoned the next day and spoke to Wayne. He was very helpful and gave me the information I needed on the spray they used to fragrant the tissue. In such difficult times this has to be the best store I visited. Thank you x

Absolutely shocked me the lady who serves me today is totally rude. Supposed is a good day start of the shopping, she just ruin my day. I was paid the cash at then end, she told me tht she had no change and asked me do I had exactly change, and I say sorry I don’t have. She just made the sound like I bothered her and roll her eyeballs up! This is totally unexpected! And I put the money on the table still decide what to do next step, and she just grab the money away form the desk and count by herself? And give me back the rest, I just can’t deal with her so I decided to ask my husband to come in paid the rest with the card. Totally disappointed when a lot of comments wrote they had a lovely experience but without my experience is good. I hope not because I’m Asian so treat me in this way.

Staff are very professional and polite.  I would highly recommend this shop indeed . I didn't  feel  uncomfortable  ,intimidated  or looked down  upon, nor did I feel other customers were made to feel this way unlike l'occitane  shop in the same shopping complex

Love these products , but that day I visited they had a Gin tasting session on . My friend and I arrived later but lovely bloke gave us a gin and tonic and pretzels anyway.  He was really friendly  and we chatted about the products and he gave me good sizes sample to take home .

Our trip to Liverpool a few weeks ago was amazing anyway due to seeing bullet for my Valentine but was made even better due to the amazing staff especially angel and ali who were extremely helpful and lovely to get to know
