THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Puts my faith back in to retail shopping experience. Other department stores should really have a look at how Lush, Liverpool are doing it. Staff are so friendly and helpful, but over baring. Just so lovely. Keep it up

The most incredible retail experience of my life. The staff were personable, hospitable, kind and accommodating. Literally the most wonderful people and I spent a collective 8-10 hours here over the course of 3 days. Truly an incredible store with exclusive products and sensational service.

Love this place. Smells amazing and the while shop is just cool. Has a hairdresser, florist and perfume part as well as the Lush products and the Lush spa. The bath bomb parts are so pretty, it's a bath bomb rainbow! Staff are always about and happy to answer any questions.

Amazing place, the people are so friendly, loads of gift ideas for Valentine's day and just in general. They do beauty treatments as well. My girls absolutely loved it.

There is so much choice at this shop, it's a one stop shop for all the hair and body accessories you could need and it's vegan and eco friendly too. Also, the staff are well informed and really friendly.

This is not a shop; it's an experience. The displays are some of the most amazing I have seen anywhere. There is a hair salon and spa. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful that I have ever come across in my life. I could seriously spend a whole day here.
