Brilliant experience at the spa. Very friendly staff who talk you through your treatment beforehand in great detail including the various products they will use. The massage itself is fantastic. You leave feeling extremely relaxed. The décor is amazing and fits with the whole lush vibe. Definitely top 3 spas I have visited in the UK and I'll definitely be coming back.
A GORGEOUS experience at Lush Spa in Liverpool. This was my Mum and I's second time visiting the spa for 'The Spell' treatment and oh WOW it was just as amazing as we remembered! We entered the store and were greeted straightaway by a lovely member of staff who accompanied us to the Spa level and let us settle in whilst we waited for our treatment. The interiors of the place are gorgeous and as you can imagine it smells AMAZINg throughout the entire building. I won't go too much into the details and ruin the magic of the spell treatment for any of those who are looking to visit - however all I can say is it is a must! I would go back every week if I could. We had a double spell which involved my mum and I's treatments in the same room which was even more special. Our therapists were so lovely and took their time explaining the treatment and products they were going to use. 60 mins of pure ZEN. The aftercare was top tier, we were shown to a lounge and offered a herbal tea to unwind after our treatments. 10/10, I couldn't recommend enough! P.S. Make sure you visit the bathroom - it was heaven using all the products on offer!!!
I visited this store from Canada a couple of months ago. As a fan of Lush for almost 8 years, it was such an incredible experience. The staff are all really friendly, and helped me out with selecting some fun goodies to bring home. It is a little overwhelming with how much there is to look at, but this store is definitely a must see for folks visiting Liverpool Thank you to Emma who chatted with me when I was on the way out. I was having a rocky start to my vacation in Liverpool, and Emma really brightened my whole day
Had an amazing experience in store with being able to shop the discon wall and all other products. Had multiple sales assistants ask if I needed help throughout different floors so very grateful for their assistance. Will love to visit again in the future <3
This Lush Spa is beautiful inside. A wonderful building and perfect setting for the spa and shop. I'm told the facial was very nice, I had a tailor-made massage. I'm afraid it wasn't the best. I'm really surprised because my local Birmingham is absolutely amazing. This massage really was rather ordinary. Very friendly lady and took the time to explain all the massage bars but for £75 for 30mins it didn't live up to expectations I'm afraid. I'll stick to my local Lush!
Literally every time I visit the Spa I just adore it. Had the most exquisite treatment today from Emily. ‘Tales Of Bath’ was just what I needed and I’m now walking on air after. The spa itself is so beautiful and well thought out. Thank you Emily for looking after me!
I had the most wonderful Synaesthesia spa treatment here today, my massage therapist Emily made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I'd also like to thank the lovely girl who helped me choose products from the new makeup range and Sarah, who put me at ease and made my first trip to this store and Liverpool special! Can't wait to come back :
Wow! Hands down the best massage and spa experience I’ve ever have! I had the tailor made treatment, Lisa was my therapist. She was so professional and went through everything in detail. Very welcoming from all in lush, from welcome team in the shop to the reception team at the spa. It was a surreal treatment but in the best way! Relaxing, but awakening at the same time. Loved every minute! Thank you Lisa and team
Amazing. I had "the comforter" bought for me as a Xmas present. Fantastic! The therapist was lovely and it was an hour of pure relaxation. Despite being in the city centre, the spa is totally enclosed so no outside noise and the staff make you feel special. My favourite place. Finished with a drink to bring me back to reality
Me and my partner had the most amazing treatment today at Lush Spa Liverpool. We were gifted ‘The Sound Bath For Two’ treatment and it was absolutely beautiful. Both our therapists made us feel comfortable the whole way through and both he and I left feeling glorious! I would definitely recommend this treatment to anyone who wasn’t a totally meditative experience. Thankyou!
