Great sports bar with a good amount of screens. Large choice of lagers and beers. Well priced. And ample seating. Can't fault it
I don't live in oswestry but go to see friends there. The Boars head is a nice pub, good atmosphere and unbelievable cheap drinks. Looking forward to going back
Looks a bit different and more looked after since the last time I was here and the decor inside is now inviting and warm. The outdoors seating area looks great too. Nice pub, friendly and welcoming staff and the locals are pretty special too! Prices for a John Smiths and Guinness pints are probably the cheapest in Oswestry.. Well done all and thanks for such a good experience and will be back again..
had some fantastic nights with friends, staff are so friendly and always fabulous entertainment from Miss Anie, highly recommended for a good night out in Oswestry

Great refurbishment of the place, my first visit since the old days. Great selection of drinks and friendly door staff. The big fail was a single barmaid on a busy night, once starting placing an order, cut off half way through and started serving a friend. Maybe I picked the wrong occasion to visit. Keep up the good work and maybe consider a few more Ales on tap too.
Great pup,cracking atmosphere and the bar staff were spot on
Had a quick pint with a mate, ended up having another.... good vibe
Very welcoming. Some larger tables have their own t v screens, which if you ask nicely will change if you want a different sport.
Nice atmosphere, good prices, pleasant staff..... not the best drag act sadly but still a good night out. Cheers
