Lovely, attentive staff. We arrived really late and they put us some food up, which was delicious. They went out of their way to look after us. The owner carried my bag up to the room. Breakfast was delicious. The couple who own this place are lovely and friendly and made us laugh. We actually thought we'd booked another black swan which we had stayed in before. Realised we had further to drive to get to this one but glad now that we have found this one. Will definitely stay here again..

We were in a party of 13 including 2 small children. Made very welcome as soon as we arrived. All the food was lovely. Plenty of choice and the quality, preparation and service of the food was of a very high standard. Will definitely visit again.

Very friendly, accomodating staff and service. Food standard echoed that of Michelin starred restaurants, but in a relaxed atmosphere.

Great country pub, quality and wide range of food. Cosy en-suite rooms. Middle of nowhere but lovely and quiet.
