This is a very hard to find archaeological site due to no sign posting. It is a covered archaeological dig with records dating back to the 10th century. Not much left but the foundations and cellar but still very interesting. It can be found if you head towards the council offices and on the right of this building is a small entrance leading into the site. Really facinating with information boards all round the fenced of site.
