Absolutely fantastic place to get a bike fixed, buy equipment (or, I assume, a bike) or simply ask for advice--I am so glad I found this shop. I had help from two members of staff on the 2 occasions I have been in-including the store manager himself- and both individuals really went the extra mile to help me. Also, my bike was fixed even before the due date, and unlike in other places, noone tried to sell me anything I did not want or need, nor rip me off by suggesting the most expensive of the products I was looking at. The manager really took time and effort to advise me on items I needed to be a safer cyclist and I never once felt rushed or unwelcome. Thank you, Cycles UK team!

I visited the Warford store today and purchased a Whyte T-130. The hole experience was 5-star, very professional and helpfull staff highly recommended 👍

Big thanks to mark store manager he was able to do what others couldn’t or not prepared to do go the xtra to help the customer ! So yea I’m impressed and great full Thanks !

I've been for 2 bike fitting here along with my work colleagues before a charity cycle. Everyone made it from London to Paris without injury so that was a plus! The service there was great, everyone was friendly and they knew what they were talking about. My last visit for a bike fit, the team were honest with me stating that before I spend money on a fitting I should test out the bike more, fortunately I did and everything seems fine. Its nice to know they care about cyclist, not just money! Great Service and would 100% recommend!

Every time I take my bike in to get serviced I am greeted and spoken to in a professional and technical yet understandable manner, I highly reccomend this store as my bike always comes out in almost better than new condition and I am glad there is a bike shop in watford that know what they're talking about and serves you quickly and professionally. :)
