We rented bikes from the station shop for the day to do the Viking trail and were really pleased with both the quality of the bikes and the exceptional service provided by the gentleman working there. He was very efficient in getting us set up and provided us information on the trail. When we returned after a long day he was also kind enough to give us bottled water each. Would thoroughly recommend. Great location by the station if you are coming by train and reasonably priced also.

I would highly recommend the Bike Shed ! I had a problem with my E Bike it was in Halfords for 5 weeks they kept saying they couldn't get the part ,So i took it to the bike shed and they fixed it in less than a week by giving it a check over and a clean for £35 it didn't need a new part . The Bike works as good as new now very happy customer. They also fixed my old mountain bike gears and brakes for a very good price.

Very efficient and quick repair. I had my flat tyre fixed in 5 min. Fair price and very good customer service.

I took my battered old budget mountain bike to the Bike Shed and asked if they could get the gears working better and a few other bits. And for £50 they transformed it into a totally new bike! New road tyre, so smooth to ride, no squeaky brakes, brakes no longer permanently on, gears perfectly aligned and lovely to use! It's like riding a new bike. I couldn't believe the value and care taken. Really nice guys also offering very practical advice - relevant to me as a certain type of customer.

Absolute pleasure doing business with the bike shed, they brought my daughters bike back to life after being left in the garden for the best part of a year. Fast reliable service, great value for money. Staff were really helpful, nothing was to much trouble.  Happy to support our local business.  Many thanks for a great Job.
