I ordered a curry from here for the first time for me and my family. The service and food was first class. The delivery driver was really friendly and the food arrived just before my ETA. The food it’s self was freshly cooked and tasted really nice. I would definitely recommend the Bengal in Heavitree to anyone wanting a quality curry at a reasonable price.

Best curry I’ve had in a long time! Great flavour and arrived extremely quick! Will 100% order again. Very polite and pleasant delivery driver.

To be honest this is not a indian food place! I ordered biriyani! But go some yellow rice with no spices or no flavour at all. The curry was bad and couldn’t even describe my self how disgusting it taste. It’s shocking how people eat such bad quality of food for their money. Appearance will tell you story of the restaurant! Seriously concern about food poisoning! Have to say nothing personal! But this food we talking about and I could go horribly wrong for people by causing too much trouble!

This was the most disappointing curry I have ever tasted. A chunky soup would be a more accurate description. Yellow sauce more like chip shop curry sauce with veg and meat lamb tough. Various supermarket jars have more authentic taste. I just pray it was just poor and will not make me illl
