Not even worth a star. Worst take away ever. Ordered food. Live in whipton. They took our food out to poltimore ( going past our house). Was told when I called to see where our food was that it had been out for delivery for an hour. I explained that it would be cold by the time we got it and said I wouldn't pay for it. With this I was told I could have a little discount. What a joke of a place. Yummy house so much better. Will NEVER use this useless place again.

Absolutely shocking, chips so dry I couldn’t swollow them , beef chow main was dry and no sauce in it , asked for prawn crackers and they didn’t bring them , when I rang they said they would send some out but after eating our meals they still didn’t arrive , when I rang them again I asked to swap them for two drinks instead as there was no point in having them anymore they basically said that the prawn crackers was on there way so no they wouldn’t swap and even in the end the prawn crackers never arrived so now I’m out of pocket. Shocking, disgusting and never will I be giving them my money or eating their food ever again !!!

After using this Chinese for a number of years last night I received food that was not up to the usual standard I phoned them up the next day to give them some friendly advice but was told they weren't interested in my advice didn't even want to hear what the problem was food was absolutely revolting chicken was undercooked in the sweet and sour chicken balls and the rest tasted like it'd been microwaved funny how they can get to your door in 10 minutes from when you're older and cook it fresh this is gotta be the worst Chinese in Exeter avoid like the plague

fast service. I dropped one star as I feel the prices are a little high - although in fairness it really is great food. If you havnt tried this place yet I would suggest you try it.

Ordered a simple meal, for delivery - delivery is quick - but on balance a little too quick? - the egg fried rice was off - tasted wrong, hard and metallic, and was clearly inedible, as it contained egg as well I called the shop and the lady was helpful and offered me a credit note. I just wanted a refund. it was agreed but on the basis my delivery was collected which it was, I had only had a mouthful anyway. The delivery driver is in fact the manager - an older guy, in shorts normally. He turned up and exploded called me a the C word and swearing loudly, over rice? - I was gobsmacked - he took the food and left. Rice can, and does go off now and again, nothing personal but the response was absolutely out of order. This Chinese clearly relies on the microwave too much and if you are serving food such as this it needs to be as fresh as possible especially so when you could be feeding your kids this stuff. Some places get it wrong unintentionally, that's life, but the fact I was treated so appallingly I would never recommend and would never return. Even my neighbour heard it and she has used them before but was so embarrassed and sickened by this guys language she said she would never go back. When I called to complain after, this is when I learnt he was in fact the manager and even the lady advised that she would not eat from there and advised me where she gets her Chinese from - say no more. Poor Ming that's what I say, it never used to be like this and the food was always consistently good - lived in Exeter years and I am sure having met the guy many times he would be appalled.
