Would rate 0 starts if I could. Went in to return chicken balls that were PINK in the middle, obviously not cooked properly and raw. I spoke to a rude female member of staff who passed me over to the manager who was even ruder. He tried to tell me that the reason the chicken was pink was because it had been marinated, when it was quite clearly raw. Worst Chinese I have ever had and probably the worst customer service too. Would not recommend this place at all and will be reporting them to hygiene standards.

Order was 25 minutes late and when I wanted a dish redelivered because it was barely warm, I was refused. They offered me 10% off my next order but this would not cover the £6+ dish I did not eat. Manager was very rude

Not so good. Tasteless dishes which are about fifty percent onion.

This is my favourite place for Chinese food in Exeter. Their crispy duck is just the best one! I usually order the roast pork fried rice and barbecued pork ribs and really recommend it!
