Highly disturbing experience from Pizza Hut. Shame 0 STAR option is not available. This experience changed my perception forever. Ordered £20 worth of pizza and 20 minutes after the anticipated delivery time I called the branch and asked where my pizza was. The ‘manager’ at the time mentioned that delivery drivers are delayed and they are short staffed. I asked politely for complimentary dips due to the pizza being late and no new estimated time so pizza could have been another hour! The manager refused and stated no, mentioning “these things happen, deal with it”... The manager then took a snap decision to CANCEL the entire order as she perceived that I DEMANDED the extra dips as opposed to asking for them. What happened to customer first? Who employed her as manager? Foul service, did not get Mcdonalds until 2.30am, due to unreasonable service from the manager at this branch, my 3 children, my wife and 5 nephews were left hungry and fell sick as a result. I have already gone through the complaints process, got my money back and have received £20 worth vouchers... DO NOT TRUST THIS BRANCH.

AVOID! Got a promotional leaflet in the post and though I should try it, BIG MISTAKE. I wish I read the reviews online before ordering... First of all the delivery was late, why advertise if you wont deliver? But that was not the problem, its Saturday and I'm in no rush. The first thing the delivery guy said to me when i opened the door is that it's not a great day... well, it was a great day for me, but when I started eating pizza, first of all it was nearly cold and it lacked taste completely. The pizza base tasted like very cheap white bread, chewy and dry, the ingredients were very oily. Definitely going to avoid pizza hut in the future. Better go to Dominos or any local burger places.

It's absolutely disappointing from poor menagment and customer service i did order for delivery and soon as they collect money i find out by phone call there is no delivery today because of the wheather that's not bean specify on the website when my dad call to find out and to sorted the shut down the pone luckily they a bit far from my home otherwise my dad will do a massive scandal why they act like this with costumers poor and very disappointed im not going to use this pizza place anymore and i will make sure none of my friends and family to

1 star, so disappointed! My partner and I ordered a large half and half pizza, and got only 4 slices each (instead of 5). I ordered 8 hot and spicy chicken strips, opened the box to find 5!!! And they were regular chicken strips! My partner ordered BBQ chicken wings, and was given hot and spicy wings with BBQ sauce! The only thing that was right was the bottle of Pepsi we ordered. I'm sorry, but that's totally unacceptable!

Pizza was a bit tasteless, chewy tough dough with not much pizza sauce. Didn't feel well next day.
