First time visit Exeter and attempt to find a nice place for lunch. Saw this ‘ Japanese restaurant’ with many positive comments on google maps. It’s actually like a comment said ‘pan-Asia food’. Unfortunately we found their foods are not even close to authentic Asian food, More like ‘english’-asian food. Too much sauce, sugar and the taste was a bit weird don’t understood why people like their foods so much. The prices of food were a bit too high. Yet, their staffs are friendly and I have to say the quality of rice was better than most Asian restaurants.

Surprised how good this was. It appearances from outside is that it is another fast food place. It has a few rows of trestle type tables, and a few small tables for couples. But it is really good quality and quick service. We went on a Friday and there was room. Lots better than a standard Chinese. Well recommended.

Delicious pan-Asian dishes and quick service. Prices a little high but no worse than Wagamama, and there's less of a wait and at least as much variety. Could do with a bit of TLC - OK it's Spartan decor, but it's looking a bit worn/grubby in places.

Excellent standard of food. Mild through to very spicy dishes. Fresh ingredients with tasty sauces across a wide range of vegetarian, meat based and prawn dishes. Friendly service and reasonably priced. Wondering Dragon has been my favourite dish for over 10 years - an absolute must!
