Excellent country pub. Great varied menu and excellent food always served by really lovely, friendly staff. One of our favourite places to visit! Would highly recommend a visit if you haven’t yet been.

Excellent food. Good service, although a few of our group had to wait a short while, it was worth it. A more than suitable varied lunch menu at a competitive price.

Cosy atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Superb, tasty and fresh food. Cant fault at all. Fab! My 7 yr old daughters review is "super staff. Super food. Super comfy. Super everything!"

The grub is generally great but the prices seem to have risen lately. Be warned.. if you are not greedy, the sandwiches are Doorsteps

What joy to find a pub that serves good food all day, delightful staff, perfect beer garden. I was there Bank Holiday Monday with daughter and grandson over from the US. Pub was busy, busy, busy - yet young staff remained thoughtful, fast and always humorous. My deepest gratitude for wonderful hospitality....
