Nice Pub in all, parking, friendly staff, quiet location & good atmosphere. It was cold when we visited although the open fire was there. It was never lit, making the place a little on the chilly side. Come on, get that fire on the go.   The back room is fairly big & homes a pool table which is a nice touch.

A great pub, with warm and friendly atmosphere, the staff are always happy and happy to have a chat. Social distancing is observed and masks are always worn. The food served is great value with great portions, well worth having a meal there if you have time. At peak times car parking is a little tricky, so try and be flexible when you visit.

Great atmosphere and good beer .

Cracking pub, been drinking there man and boy for over 40 years! Always been a warm welcome , the ale is never anything but superb! Dog, tatty old barbour and wellie friendly ..... proper country pub ....

Sheltered back garden, friendly staff and excellent quality cask beer, served in perfect condition, at the perfect temperature, from gleaming clean glasses. Lovely little pub, well worth a visit.

Small country pub with a lovely outdoor area, good selection of beers, wines & spirits & a great lunch menu of sandwiches.

The Landlady went out of the way to be very helpful even though they were very busy with a big party. Lovely chicken burger.
