Quality German food and great range of beers. Excellent service and relaxing atmosphere. Very dog friendly too. The schnitzel is absolutely outstanding! Much better vegetarian / vegan options than you might think too. Can heartily recommend this place. Vegetarian options: My wife had the vegan wurst and loved it. We both had beer battered cauliflower with sriracha dip and it was a real success.
Good bar with great German beers on tap. Food was good but could be better. Gets pretty loud with stag parties in the evenings so if you want to try some good beers and relax then going during the day is probably best.Food: 3/5
Fantastic! Great selection of german beers including Helles Augustiner or 1328 which, is my favourite Bavarian beer. The service was great the waitress helped my colleague find items that would align with his dietary requirements, she was really helpful. I had the Currywurst and it was exactly like I remembered! Would definitely recommend visiting for some good German beer and authentic Bavarian food
First time being in Bavaria Brauhaus. It was very busy but a very nice place to be in. I stayed for a few beers with friends & listened to the band, which were pretty good. Service: 4/5
Second visit here and still impressed! Service was fast and attentive. Small details such as chilled beer glasses just make the experience even better!Food: 5/5
This isn’t my favourite place in Glasgow, as I’m not a beer lover, but I’ve been a few times. It’s a pretty cold place in winter, especially if you’re in the middle of the downstairs hall. Great range of beer and drinks here - albeit pretty expensive, depending on what you choose. The staff are nice and service was quick. The food is great - good greasy deliciousness. Worth a visit, if only to see the decor and sample a beer you might not get elsewhere.
Stopped by here with a friend the other week as we were looking for somewhere to have dinner. We came across the Bavaria Brauhaus and the menu looked good! Luckily the food didn’t disappoint, it was delicious and they had so many good veggie and vegan options! I got the cauliflower bites and the jalapeño loaded fries, while my friend got the Classic Bratwurst. We also had a cocktail each which were stunning. I highly recommend stopping by for food or drinks. The service was good and we will be back soon!! Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie and vegan options!
Service was good and food was nice, we went for a sharing platter and honestly it was nice but thinking we should have had separate meals. Just wasn't enough for the price. Onion rings were very tasty though. I love these German Beer Hall type pubs, so will definitely be revisiting and will be trying something different, as was quite jealous looking at other patrons meals!
Unfortunately very disappointing the whole experience . I’ve been wanting to try this restaurant for so long. We got the sharing plate that looks amazing but was awful was very greasy, tasteless and cold. We ordered also some mash potato that was tasting like powder not real potato. Nobody did a check back on us and we were 8 people. I felt so bad complaining to the waitress because it wasn’t her fault but they didn’t even took it off the bill or give a decent discount. I don’t think I will be back any soon. 1/10
Had a great experience here. We got a table for 2 no problem. The service was brilliant. All the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. We got the classic platter to share which was absolutely brilliant. Tasty, filling and great quality. We would travel up to Glasgow just for this, absolutely no problem. The place has a great atmosphere. It's really clean and there's a great selection of drinks. My fiancé loves German beer whereas I'm a wine drinker though I did try the raspberry radler, which was nice!. We both had a lovely time here and found the prices reasonable too.
