After having a terrible experience at Wunderbar Glasgow we experienced Totally different vibe at The Lab Glasgow where they could not have been any nicer and helpful. Kyle especially was extremely helpful and professional throughout and we would recommend this bar as racially friendly and a good place to socialise.Food: 5/5
Absolutely had a great night..bar staff excellent tenders & people ....really genuine nice folk. Didn,,t have food loads a good beer n fancy cocktails that blew my head off lol not all ....some lol...Great place 10/10Service: 5/5
This place is awesome. Nearly forgot it was here as it is tucked away, but every single time I've been it's packed with people, which says a lot about a pub located on a side street. Picture is the delicious tray of test tube shots they offer which are lethal, delicious and amazing value for money.
Just read that The Lab is shutting down after 25 years. Absolutely gutting. Thanks for many great memories. Wishing the Staff & Custom all the best.
Under new ownership. Trying the blend the old with the new, somewhat successfully. Be warned a bit more expensive than the 'old' lab.Service: 5/5
Nice cosy place, not busy at all for a pint of Menabrea on a Monday night...Service: 5/5
I love this place. It's so down to earth and reasonably priced for a city centre bar. Great atmosphere, and just really chilled.Service: 5/5
The Lab is quite difficult to find tucked away down a lane off Argyll Street in Glasgow. A fairly small and basic pub catering to what looked to be quite a loyal clientèle. A basic non pretentious pub with outside seating and fast service. £8 for 2 pints of Budweisser beer, so not the dearest.
Cool no nonsense bar just off of Buchanan St in the City Centre. Small outside terrace with 4 tables for the smokers. Popular with students for the ‘Test Tube Shots’ which look a total waste of money my when you see what goes into them. Great selection of draught beers and the food looks decent too.
We only went for a drink on this occasion but as always the staff are friendly and attentive. It's a pub with a very nice atmosphere and it's well run. We managed to get seated in the wee beer garden this time which is pretty rare, only due to its popularity. We pop in most times when in Glasgow and will readily pop back.Service: 5/5
