What a wonderful Sunday lunch. Went with my 20 month old grand daughter who was given her meal of roast lamb almost immediately. I had chicken and bacon salad which was beautifully presented in S large white bowl. Everyone had roast lamb which looked delicious and l regretted my choice! Will definitely go again when not on a diet! They did make a fruit salad for me with some ice cream but the sticky toffee pudding with caramel source looked scrumptious!

Now it has been refurbished & new management, seems much nicer. Food good. More waiting staff needed or trained more.

I've been to The Bathurst on numerous occasions when visiting family and have always enjoyed it. Service is prompt and friendly, food's great and it attracts a lot of local faces. Excellent pub all round!

The refurbishment made no significant improvement to the pub and it seems to be more of a hotel and restaurant now. The nice garden for the summer has been retained though. Give the new owners a chance to get things right.

Really lovely pub have been here on several occasions before and am always impressed by the service and quality of food. Would highly recommend!
