I went with my husband and we were lucky enough to get a seat outside. We only had a light lunch and a beer but we were able to sit and watch the world go by. We both had sandwiches which were very fresh. I had smoked chicken and pesto mayo..... It was lovely ;-)

Really really lovely food. Great menu and staff and lots of space. I highly recommend this place. Was great for my family and my little neice loved her platter of food which included vegetables, ham, cheese etc so healthy rather than the fried stuff you get.

We went for lunch and drinks on Saturday midday and had a lovely time. Sat outside and was very relaxed. Enjoyed our time.

Really nice pub. Unfortunately, our function was scheduled at lunchtime on a Sunday. The staff and kitchen were a little overwhelmed with the level of trade and, while the food was great, there were a number of errors made in our orders, which arrived erratically. I am sure that, in a quieter period, the experience would have been much better. Also nice to see such a dog friendly pub.

Very nice cosy pub, very good food and friendly service. Food costs around £12-15 for a main so fairly reasonable. The fish platter is excellent. Dogs are allowed if on a lead. There is no designated smoking area so you have to go out on the street to smoke. Nice atmosphere
