Excellent cuisine with very attentive and friendly staff. Very reasonable priced and bring your own beer/wine/whatever. Highly recommend.

chicken is poor quality, horrible aftertaste, lamb doesn't taste like lamb, but the sauces/gravies are good, nice base, let down by cheap meats which is the core of the dish, bit silly, saving 10 pence or so to tarnish your reputation.

Some really nice Curries here. The Shatkora curries are great if you like hot lemon(y) curries & we do ;) Nice Korma's too. Good portion sizes on the Curries themselves but the Rice containers could do with being bigger to match up is the only mild issue I could come up with. All round, nice food. Best to experiment at first until you find the curry for you. Only ordered for collection and always friendly & polite, cheers!

Pros: Great staff and friendly atmosphere - lots of locals swear by it You can take your own booze! Cons: Food is bland and dull. Often luke warm and does not feel fresh Has not been decorated since the 80s - seriously, it's like 1982 in there! I go back every so often as everyone I know loves it. But seriously, I have never had a great meal there. Acceptable, yes but not as good as everyone says. What am I doing wrong?? I am prepared to be won over but it never happens. you only have to go to the bottom of Leamington Spa to get a fresh, hot, exciting and TASTY curry for less money. Don't shoot the messenger - just tell me what i should order that everyone raves about?!?
