Had to chase up so many things between them and the hospital and I'm constantly given the wrong information. Some of the receptionist are so rude and sound like they couldn't care less, I've only had the odd one be friendly and helpful. They lost a letter for my referral which I had waited 4 months for, then said they hadn't had it. The receptionist told me I have to now go through the hospital for medication and reviews!!! The hospital told me this was awful, not normal procedure and that my GP should have dealt with it. I missed 1 call and the receptionist told me I should 'listen out for my phone this time'. They really do treat you like you're a burden, I've worked in a drs surgery before and always gave 100% to the patients. You do not get this here! Left to hang on with no information even when you tell them you are in desperate need of medical advice. It took them over a week just to get an email through, this surgery needs a serious overhaul on training. My mum has suffered previously with skin cancer, she went to the Dr to check out a new patch on her skin because it looked the same, he said he couldn't see it and to wait for it to get bigger!!! Absolutely appalling.
Terrible anesthesia, I hope karma comes back to those who work there! I hope that there will be someone who will sort it out, a hard-working man who pays taxes and insurance so that he can't get to the doctor once every few years!!! How can you sleep peacefully without worrying about refusing someone medical help!
My opinion -10 I call 2 day for appointment to doctors all the time say doctors call back and nothing. Funking shet system, people pay insurance but I don't know for what??? Shet doctor, shet system
Terrible service. Rang up to speak to a doctor. Got asked the issue, said it was mental health related and i would rather not discuss it with the receptionist. Receptionist called me back an hout later, told me that the doctor had prescribed me anti depressants. WITHOUT EVEN TALKING TO ME. I have never had them before and have said on multiple occasions that i did not want them. I do not even suffer with depression. I told the receptionist i did not want them. I went to the pharmacy to pick up my usual diabetes medication and the anti depresssants, were there. They hadn't even been cancelled. Disgusting behaviour that could quite easily tip someone over the edge if they were suffering with depression.
Excellent surgery all staff are pleasant helpful and do there best for you. Nurses are polite caring and do a fantastic job. Drs Listen and work with you to help you get well and refer you to consultants when needed. Been with this surgery for 32 years and would highly recommend for all your health needs and advice.
From 2015 with the clinic.if you dont call for medical care your perfect. Diacnostic my douter with flu later she was in the hospitat. Receptionist give diacnostic and hang up phone in my face. Didnt recived medical care theat day. Kapur said i dont have time for ypu and come back when your bleading. Laknis cant giv a diacnostic and he s clules abaut wath diacnostic i have. Stoped my medication and is puting my life in danger. Doctors said whe dont put diagnostic.
Terrible customer service, impossible to see anyone and that's after being on the phone for almost an hour as position 1 in the que like what are your doing ! Possible cancerous mole that's been bleeding an going discoloured an growing fast in size had this before so not exaggerating yet can't see anyone, email us a picture an we will see if we can see you ... yet they can see I've been through this before an got lucky last time removing it quick . What are we paying NHS for .. we at the point if anything is wrong just go a&e because at least you will get a service ya paying for an seen to
Doctors have always been fantastic when it comes to seeing the kids, however I have been asking for a referral with the doctors for almost 6 years! This week I had further test back and the results are still not good, I was due a call from the doctor today. When it was book I was given a time slot but told the doctor may not stick to it religiously, the time came and went I wait a little long almost 3 hours after and still nothing so I called. Spoke to a lovely lady who was so so kind listened to what I had to say she out it all on the system for the doctor to look at on Monday and guess what I did have to wait that long I got my referral confirmed later on this afternoon.
Dr Rehman has to be one of the best GPs in the UK. I have lived in various place across the UK. After moving back to Flint I'm happy to be back with my childhood doctors. He is direct, no messing and listens. The staff on reception are also very well mannnered and very helpful. Thank you
Very hard to get appointments and when you do they're very rude and patronising
