I have spent 50 minutes this morning trying to get an appointment. I started ringing before 8:26 and it said they were closed. I continued ringing and at 8:29 they were engaged! I kept ringing 137 times in 50 minutes! When I got through there were no appointments. The nurse practitioner, who actually I have seen before and is very good, is going to ring back. The point is this system for obtaining an appointment is NOT USER FRIENDLY! Their only saving grace is they will see my child at the drop of a hat. But again you have to go through the whole process of phoning up 137 times in the morning! When I get round to it, I will be changing practices.

Be better if you could get an appointment when you ask a few days ahead as Dr asked me to return and see them but can't get appointments till the same day you want it no good if you work and need to plan cover in work so have to take full day off work and still not guaranteed appointment

Completley wrong they do not listen to you at all they do not want to help you do not recommend this surgery changing surgery before this weeks out !!

Rang all week to try and get an appointment, but it appears the staff have a morbid fear of answering the phone, not acceptable.
