terrible service. Asked to come and do a blood test and never sent the form..was told on the phone, they will have the form where the bloods are taken. They didnt have it. Had to get it off the counter. No communication and no homework done. Is this how a health org run??nbear in mind, i am an immigrant, who works and has employed people in the past and currently and also pay NHS health surcharge of more than £1000 a year. I don't want special treatment but basic things need to be done in a professional manner. This is disgraceful.

I was there earlier today, to get the Pfizer booster vaccine , so the rating is only for that. The queue was long - more than twenty  people at 09:20 andnI waited for about 15 minutes to get inside, but once there, it was very quick. The nurse was kind, she asked the regulat questions about allergies and illnesses and then administered the vaccine -  a slight pain which was gone after  two seconds. There is a waiting area with seats for those who have had the vaccine.

Absolute joke ! You call and get told to do e consult to then hear nothing back for days , when you actually need an appointment… your a doctors your supposed to treat and see people not fob them off !!! Maybe the doctors should try reading there reviews and doing something about it as There are a lot of terrible ones

Terrible service, ring up get and get fobbed off after having bad chest infection that previously more than once needs antibiotics & Steriods too,nand the doctor does not ring back at all after triage.nEnd up with a incompetent nurse who I've never met ringing days later on.nCannot book an appointment to see my doctor still, wether I walk in surgery or call.nHad no review for a year and half for my Asthma,COPD.

Worst place ever to get appointment with doctor is like win on lottery, doctor do not call back very annoying they just know how to push vaccines extra money from big pharma but to care about people NOPE they are not interested
