Dr Turner was so lovely with my 2 year old. Made her feel very safe and comfortable, took her time and made a doctor's visit very pleasant for my little girl.
In times of criticism for poor service, this surgery has been instrumental in saving my life and also support my husband with his health. He has just been given the reason for the problems he has been experiencing with Dr Bala undertaking a rapid referral to Glan Clwyd. My husband has received nothing but kindness, understanding and dedication in very challenging times. Thank you all for the support.
Rang up to request my medical records only to have the receptionist try push mental health drugs on me and coerce me into taking meds ''long term'' when there is a HUGE scandal surrounding the medication in question massive lawsuits and dismissed the reason which I am suffering to begin with pharma med damage and the fact long term pharma use is inherently DANGEROUS and causes iatrogenesis that makes peoples lives misery. Utterly delusional, dismissive and ableist. I was also asked what I ''hope to achieve'' by getting my records. Thats not a receptionists buisness. AVOID
Gone down hill with constant changing part time GP's and never ending reception staff who're very off hand, considering leaving the practise after 20yrs
My review is specially about my experiences with Dr. Dev Selvarajah. The man is a shining star of the medical profession, I've been under 4 GP surgeries in the past due to moving and nothing compares to his professionalism and his genuine attentiveness to you as a patient. Myself and my husband have never felt rushed . He is analytical and talks through options with you and takes on your recommendations too. He is friendly , knowledgeable and passionate about his job. I always feel very reassured when I have visited him and never afraid to ask questions etc. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
Just moved to the area and so far very impressed. Phone is answered quickly. The receptionists are polite and actually helpful. Unfortunately they are still waiting for my records from my previous surgery which was dreadful.
Excellent care from all the clinical staff at the surgery for me and my family. Reception, admin staff and pharmacy team are polite and happy to help
Tracey is a very sympathetic lovely receptionist she has always been helpful and polite
Absolutely superb doctor's surgery, from the initial call to the consultation with the GP is brilliant.
The phone is answered pretty quickly & my experiences over the last year have been very positive.
