Just back from our flu jab at the surgery...what brilliant,efficient service. In and out in 5 minutes.....800 people booked in for  jabs today ...four nurses on duty.Why have many people had to wait in a queue at the leisure centre for up two hours for their Covid booster jabs??????? Go to Broughton and see how it's  done quickly and efficiently.

I can't put into words the high regard our family has held for this practice for the last 40 or so years. It has changed somewhat in that time! The team of doctors are extraordinary in the service they provide, and we will be forever indebted to them for literally saving the life of my son and for extending the life of my late father considerably, with quick actions and timely letters of referral upon diagnosis. People are all too quick to post criticisms, but do the same people stop to think of the times when they have received vital help when it has been most needed? The reception team are put through the wringer every day with relentless volumes of calls, yet they maintain calm professionalism throughout. Just stop to think of this when you may be getting frustrated at not getting an immediate answer. Thank you to the whole practice for your considerate care over the decades.

Friendliness of staff great but trying to get to speak to a doctor when you neeed one is very difficult but alas I fear that is the case everywhere .  I sometimes wonder if they actually care anymore.

I have been a patient at this surgery for almost 50 years,and in all that time I have never had a negative experience.I have always been treated with kindness,concern,and especially when I had heart surgery 2 years ago.Again in 2017 when my husband & I were struck down with a particularly virulent bout of flu that laid us low for 5 weeks,Doctors visited us,and the Pharmacy delivered antibiotics to us,as we were unable to leave home.I can’t fault the Practice,in all ways they have been exemplary in their care. Thank you!

The worst reception team in the history of receptions! Can't be bothered to answer the phone and when you turn up in person they make you wait 5 minutes while they chat.  The medical staff ate great but the receptionists are a discredit to NHS Wales.

There was a point in time where I was suffocating/couldn’t breathe and thought I was going to die in my sleep, i called this surgery and had an appointment after telling them how bad it was, they didn’t get back to me at all tried again the next day nothing. On the third day I was diagnosed with asthma

This medical practice provides a top service. The GP's, nurses and admin/ reception provide an exceptional service. Our family has always found them to be. Reception and admin staff are always kind, helpful, friendly and efficient. Nurses too. The Gp care is very good, caring and knowledgeable. I work clinically in GP and primary care services and have done for 23 years. I have had a spate of ill health, now thankfully resolving, which they have been brilliant throughout. We want to thank them for going the extea mile.

Recently taken very poorly. The practice could not do enough. The receptionists, nurses and Dr. Barnard were so kind. Unfortunately I needed to be admitted to hospital, but the care from the practice continued after I returned home. Very grateful. Thank you to all that helped me.
