Can never get an appointment. Unhelpful. Takes part in two lotteries by phone but gives appointments to those that a well enough to queue outside the door from 07:00 telling people who follow the system there's no appointments left. A complete waste of the health boards money. I'm a health professional - I'd be ashamed to work there. I wish I could give it no stars but it won't let me.

New staff seem lovely, politeness and a kind word go a long way in my book. I spoke to a lovely lady a week today, who did all she could to help me book my father in for an appointment when I called in lunchtime. A very welcome change! Unfortunately, it's still a months wait for an appointment.

Really poor service,have been trying to get an appointment for over a week,ringing every morning and lunch time,not easy when you work full-time,and still can't get seen....really poor

A joke. If I could give a minus score I would.
Staffed with people who are "just doing' my job!" rather than actually trying to do their job. Virtually impossible to get seen, even while carrying a feverish 5 yrs old girl, and if you do get seen, I've had a Doctor google my son's symptoms and then got told "it's probably nothing"...! A cynical joke, but it seems like Hawarden might be run by similar folk...
