Never able to get through on the phone. You have to ring up to get an appointment to ring up. The attitude of staff makes you feel like you are wasting their time. Things were much better under Dr Beckett. He knew all his patients by name They have taken on too much and dont have the staff to cope.

It was incredibly difficult trying to get signed up here. Then, after I arrived for treatment over a relatively small injury, I was told that it was beyond their capabilities and was hence told to refer myself straight onto A&E - I deemed this a colossal waste of NHS resources, and thus went to Minor Injuries unit of the Mold Community Hospital. At this hospital, I was told by a member of staff that Bradley Practices are renowned for just referring patients away. They did also seem rather uncaring when I arrived as well and thought that this was very unhelpful.

Shameful that they don’t know (or understand) the procedure for registering.... lucky escape!!
