One of the best chippies I've had for years, and I've had a lot. Super crispy fish, none of that greasy vegetable oil type batter you get in the bad ones. Proper Yorkshire style fish n chips served by two lovely fellas. My new go to in sheffield.
Best chippy in Crookes area by a long way. Lovely chips, fresh fish, batter is excellent and crispy without being oily. Peas also nice. Have only been once but very impressed. This tray was £5.50 as well so reasonable price, too.
Stopped by this place whilst passing through Crookes the other day. Have tried a few other chippies in the area but this is by far the best yet. Great tasting haddock and chips, with crispy, crunchy batter - not the soggy, oily kind. So surprised and pleased to find this place!
Just ordered a large chips and curry sauce. Tiny portion of chips when I opened it. Not even enough chips to call it a small never mind a large. Won't be buying from here again
Best chippy on crooks in my opinion! Also supports local independent musicians, and they are nice, and they know my order when I walk in. Seriously, top place!
bought the cod special fish, chips and curry sauce and then got home and there was no fish in the box paid £5.50 for basically just a regular box of chips

Possibly the best fish and chips in Sheffield. They are certainly excellent.
Probably the most consistent chippy in Sheffield, you know exactly what you're going to get and never had a bad experience. Good chip shop and fair prices. You can't beat the lunchtime special.
