Having gone past this fish and chip  shop lots of time thinking  it must be good well always  a queue decided to get some fish and chips today and it didn't  disappoint delicious good portions will be back  situated on busy main road on road parking  but can be busy called  in this evening  again  very pleasant  staff couldn't  be more helpful  because  of car problems we ate in the car kind off a unavoidable  pic nic absolutely  delicious  as before  the  cod is really  something else excellent every time I get fish and chips it's always the same delicious high standard   Vegetarian options: Can't say it's a fish and  chips shop so wouldn't  think many  options  Kid-friendliness: It's a takeaway  fish and chip shop so not applicable really

This place has gone right down hill. Staff dont even look at you or say a word. Portion sizes for the chips are really small for the high price they charge and my cod roe had hardly been fried as the batter was still white and soft, it also tasted off so went straight in the bin. I don't like leaving reviews like this as everbody has an off day but its all too often with this place so wont be going anymore. All the good reviews are obviously from people who haven't been before and got lucky. It used to be my fave chippy in the area but nowhere near the standard they used to provide

No peas available!  Bit slow but that means it's fresh cooked.  Absolutely delicious.  Mini fish and chips big enough for 2 !Food: 5/5

Had to throw the food in the bin.  Ordered my daughter a fishcake and got given a potato scallop thingapparently a Yorkshire fishcake. Was offered to have in replaced but we live 30 minutes away. she was really upset and tired so I chucked it in the bin and cooked her something else.  We just wanted one of the normal fishcakes that they clearly had on display. When people order a fishcake especially for a child why not just give them a fishcake?

Love this chippy. Everything is always so fresh and the portions are good, they aren't too big like alot of chip shops. A small fish came and chips is enough of a portion for anyone. The staff are super friendly and helpful always so smiley  you might think it is on the pricey side but trust me it's worth it

Tried it again after 3yrs,but not improved batter soggy, chips were dry,will not be going again terrible.Food: 1/5

Its been our regular local chippie for many years. Very tasty fresh chips and fish/pies too. Recently they got a card payments machine so its convenient to pay by cash or card.  Parking: Parking outside, opposite or just along the road
