I have been going a few years here after it was recommended to me It has been a game changer as I have chronic knee injury which impacts on hip and feet too. All the therapists are excellent. Apple has been super amazing with injuries. Give this a try if you have pain. It makes a big difference to healing.

I have been going here for years since the first owner. The service had drastically changed. The customer service is very poor. Hardly got settled money was demanded of me and rudely asked if I wanted a hard or soft massage and if I wanted a hard massage I would have to pay more and no refund if otherwise. This already put me off and I demanded to speak to the manager who was unfortunately not in  The massage was the worst experience. Shame that this small business is losing customers.

Very disappointing. Went in for a Thai massage - barely didn’t anything just rubbed oil all over. No pressure could barely call it a massage.

Wonderful Thai massage...... No joking here lol.  They are serious and left feeling like a new person. Very clean and good service.

Without doubt the best sports massage I've ever had. I left feeling like a new man. The Mrs hasn't spoken since as she is so relaxed.. the hot towel at the end was amazing. Top marks, great experience, see you soon. Thanks.

I did not even get as far as visiting this place as I’ve never experienced such rude customer service than I did over the phone with Thai miracle. I called to ask whether they had any space for a massage this evening - the receptionist asked what time and I said as soon as possible. She then proceeded to shout at me over the phone demanding that I give her a time? I said in about 20 minutes so she asked where I was coming from - I said new cross - to which she shouted at me again saying how would I possibly get there in time if I was coming from new cross. I was driving so this would have easily been achievable but I had to hang up as I was in shock at how unbelievably rude she was. Would not recommend giving this place your money if they can’t even take a booking without shouting at their potential customers.

Nina was my masseuse and she is really good in relieving all my knots! It's been so long since I had a good quality massage and this is so worth it. Will be coming back for sure :  Plus it was an on the day booking which made it extra perfect!

Had some pretty nasty knots that needed attending to and this seemed like a good option. There appeared to be a lot of options available and the pictures looked very enticing. However, the massage options listed on the site are irrelevant: they just give you the same regardless of what you ask for. They also appeared understaffed, the receptionist was the masseuse?? There was no one else there. Very odd. And for the level of treatment it was ridiculously priced, even my dying relatives could've done a better job. My shoulder hurts where it didn't before because the techniques were rough and unspecific. My knots are still there. I don't understand how their reviews are otherwise so high, maybe I came on a bad day or at a bad time compared to the other reviewers? Either way, in my experience it was unprofessional and not worth it.

I LOVE this place. Everyone is really lovely, and they properly work the knots out of you!!! My shoulders feel brand new. Thank you so much
