Bored of your gym? Then why not try a fitness club that boast some of the best functional training spaces, facilities, equipment and classes in town!

Story

Our mission: “make Northampton a fitter and healthier place by offering a mix of fun and interesting fitness goals to either get you into better shape or help you to maintain good health and fitness”. We have two fitted gyms, three squash courts, a dedicated spin cycle studio and a large free style studio where we hold over 100 classes every month. The club has a bar lounge which has a good offering of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and light snacks. Upstairs in the club we have a well being area, beauty, massage and hair. Why not come in and take a look around?

I joined this gym recently as was looking for a place where I can explore different ways of training. I forgot how to use most equipment and had a great induction and refresh on how to use different machines. Staff are really friendly, professional and knowledgable.nnI was really surprised to see amazing space and variety of areas where you can train- from more private areas, ladies only to busier spaces. Great quality of the equipment. Great facilities and atmosphere. Much better than attending commercial gym!

I’m so sorry but I have to downgrade from 5 to 3 stars. Why are you always spritzing chemicals around?! I’m on the treadmill and all I can inhale is your floor cleaner. Or DURING my set, the equipment I’m currently using is wiped down leaving chemicals everywhere. Im going to find another gym where I can actually breathe.nnUpdate:nit’s interesting how they try to place responsibility on me for not asking the cleaner to not clean the equipment I’m using.nnNot marked down for being clean but rather disturbing your customers and spraying chemicals around when people are close by. Exercise is supposed to be healthy so I don’t need my gym counteracting this. I’m not the only one who’s written such a complaint.nnAnyway, I’ve left and found another gym now. No more chemicals and no more broken equipment.
Damn I miss this place, after moving jobs out of Northampton I had to leave this gym, THERE IS NOT a gym that comes close to this place, absolutely loved it
I have been going Dallington for about 3 years now and would never go to another gym! Friendly staff and gym goers with great facilities.
