Story

Our mission: “make Northampton a fitter and healthier place by offering a mix of fun and interesting fitness goals to either get you into better shape or help you to maintain good health and fitness”. We have two fitted gyms, three squash courts, a dedicated spin cycle studio and a large free style studio where we hold over 100 classes every month. The club has a bar lounge which has a good offering of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and light snacks. Upstairs in the club we have a well being area, beauty, massage and hair. It is great for everyone. It contains ; a lower gym, gym, steam rooms, showers, locker rooms, tanning, multiple classes and a spa/ permanent makeup.

Great range of machines and at a great monthly price of £16 on their January special  offer.  We'll worth the money.   No pool at this gym but they do have a a larger than normal list of facilities and have even managed to fit in squash courts.
