This was given to me a a birthday gift. Waited long time, due to renovations, but wS worth the wait. Staff very friendly, made me feel at ease. Very relaxing, just what I needed.  Will definitely go a again, would recommend

Terrible customer service - Booked in for treatment before my holiday then they called me 24 hours before my confirmed appointment to cancel because they decided to have some refurbishment? Why book me in at that time then and wait 24 hours before to cancel? How do you expect to keep customers when we're not your priority.

My Husband bought a Pamper Me voucher and I indulged with 4.5 hours of bliss. 90 mins in the hot tub and infra-red sauna with a supply of apple juice, water and a selection of fruit, followed by a shower, a lovely hot stone relaxing massage, an amazing facial and I added a cool-lift skin tightening treatment which was about 5 mins extra time and by choice a callus peel to remove the horrid dead skin from my feet instead of a manicure. I went home feeling beautifully chilled, pampered and fluffed up.  Will do this again anytime I can.  The staff were so lovely, friendly polite, courteous and helpful.

Really like this neatly tucked away spa. Privacy and use of a great jacuzzi, sauna and chill area. We had a couples few hours including body scrub, back massage and facial. Lovely atmosphere and staff.

My husband and I had a spa experience here and found it pleasant so I used this place to have eyelash lift and tint and brow tint. BIG WASTE OF TIME & MONEY!!! I was told by their receptionist that they last 4-6 weeks what a load of rubbish!! The tint on lashes has gone after not even a week and the brows look half done. The experience of the lashes lift and tint and afterwards was quite uncomfortable and to have it then not last is ridiculous so I spoke to them and they saw me a week later to assess my complaint... and in their opinion the tints only last days not weeks so I was MIS SOLD the treatments and to top it off the owner of the business refused any refund of any amount as a gesture of goodwill!! Disgusting service from here. I work in a very public position in a large company so I shall make sure to advise people against using fong spa so theyve lost my future business and many other peoples by time I warn people to avoid at all costs!!!Service:&nbsp;Makeup services

3 stars.. Booked myself in for a massage a few weeks ago and whilst the massage itself was good, I went in nearly 30mins late after being told on arrival that my therapist would be with me in a few mins, for her to then come out after 10-15mins to say she’s just waiting for the room to become free. 55 minute massage and not so much as a  mention of a glass of water or anything afterwards. Despite this, I since booked my partner in for a 25 min back, neck & shoulder massage as a treat, she went in on time and was out 20 minutes later which included getting ready and discussing the massage so couldn’t have had more than 15mins massage maximum. We’re both quite disappointed about that and are left feeling the value for money was poor. No point in raising this directly as all other reviews state they aren’t interested in complaints.

Wow...it made me feel young again to be in the company of my masseuse for two hours. Emmy was a lady who made the most of her time with me and made me realise that age doesn't dampen enthusiasm for top treatment. Thanks so much
