Location was hard to find - better directions on site would be good. We booked in for the special spa experience. I got to be in one of the newly refurbished spa rooms which was delightful, but my mother's spa room was cramped and less pleasant. The treatments were wonderful. The restaurant was remarkably good, with plenty of variety on the menu. Our rooms were spacious, well decorated with comfy beds and pillows. Staff were consistently friendly and accomodating. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Lovely stay here over the weekend. Comfortable bed and amazing pillows- we had black out curtains that separated the bedroom from the rest of the room which was a nice touch. One of the best sleeps I've had in years. Plenty of parking. Clean spa facilities and helpful staff. Will return.

Classy, upmarket Hotel. With its own pool and leisure facilities, bar and restaurant. The rooms are clean and decorated to a high standard. Conference facilities available. A very nice place.

I stayed at the hotel earlier this year for an event. The room was clean and tidy and the hotel facilities were good. I misplaced my invoice a few days after checking out and when I contacted the hotel, they were very quick to re-send a copy to me. I would be happy to re-visit.
