Today I had a telephone call from the manager of Clay Cross Tesco saying my husband had collapsed in the store. I told her that it was probably a hypo as my husband is diabetic.nI said that chocolate Lucozade would help him. 10 mins later I got to the store where a young man was waiting for me to take me to my husband. When I got to see my husband who was on the floor recovery position there were 4 assistants with him. Also they had rang for an ambulance. I cannot thank Tesco enough for the care that they gave my husband in alerting me sending for an ambulance Thank you Tesco Shirley Hooper
They won an award for rudest Tesco ever the Staff trying to kick everyone out at 3.30 on a Sunday announcement every 5 mins makes you feel unwelcome staff also too busy to remove people tags from clothing and have to check receipt first must be rough store or area as tons of security looking like armed police with stab vests etcnIt was 3:50 and they were refusing entrynLooks like Tesco hates its customersnNot very nice shame as store has massive selection
Very large store, great variety of food and household items on sale, lots of parking, car wash service available while you shop
So many staff standing around self checkout but no one comes when red light is flashing. And yes, they did see us waiting and looking. Less talking more working.
Terrible customer service. Staff are rude and seems it is too much trouble to do anything.
