Totally discussed with the lack of service in this store. Two tills , queues right down the ailes, myself and others asked the supervise to open another till only to be frowned at and walked away . I know you wanting us all to self serve ,but most of us want the service to be provided and not have to wait so long waiting 40 mins with a child with disabilities is dam right discusting, I wont be shopping in your store again till better service and customers are treated with respect . Sainsburys, aldi, lidl ,all help with disabilities and avoid such long waits, I don't want to use self serve I have my hands full without helping you to reduce your workforce.

NEVER BUY ONLINE HOME DELIVERY.... we had two home shopping over £90 each. They brought us mushrooms with fungus on and blue berries next day fungus on. Strawberries delivered at 9.45 PM which had a sell by date that expired in 2 hrs and 15 minutes. We had 5 coke a cola bottles delivered one had a tiny pin hole half way down and was shooting out a fine spray all over our kitchen floor and two other bottles with caps loose and again leaking. We had ordere a EXTRA LARGE CHICKEN 1.9 to 2.3 Kilo what came was 1.91 the smalles they could find and that happened again on the second order. The second order we had Potatoes that had gone to seed and the shortest possible use by date on all our fresh veg and salads. They dump stuff on HOME SHOPPERS that other customers visiting the store pick up put back down because they are not good enough. We onlin shoppers atre seen by TESCO as a dumping ground for items too small nonone else choses and items about to expire..... they are a disgrace to retialing. The Alfreton store can also be dirty with the floors not swept. Plus since COVID19 has now almost gone they still have not gone back to 24 hour shopping. They have also removed lower priced in house items the cheaper lines to force clients to buy the more expensive good increasing their profits and when all the other stores dropped their prices in March 2024, TESCO still kept pushing up their prices even when BBC NEWS had stated prices were no falling and had reduced the rate of inflation. Whoever works out that rate for sure do not shop at TESCOS nor SAINSBURYS both very greedy PROFIT FOCUSED retailers
So many staff standing around self checkout but no one comes when red light is flashing. And yes, they did see us waiting and looking. Less talking more working.
I had just bought the Tesco finest dinner for two meal dinner with the risotto as the main and I must say, Tesco cooked, they popped off, I have ascended to a true state of purity. Thank you John Tesco. You can have my firstborn child as sacrifice for this godsent meal
