Great selection but it is expensive compared to Aldi etc. Free fruit for kids to eat whilst you shop is a nice touch.

Visited today , as a shopping experience goes having the self scanners a bonus . As the staff really don’t do customer service. Started off ok till we got to the veg section. Eventually found the one and only working weigh machine . After that shop went ok , got picked for a security check no problem , had to wait a few mins for someone to turn up. Did check new we had wine had checked it but disappeared before I pressed pay button and had to wait a few minutes more until they had done another check. I no it’s only a few minutes but they were starting to add up. Then went to there customer service to get some extra stuff ( I should have took a photo ). Tempted to go trading standards that sign in that store a lie . 5 staff one other member of staff talking over counter , admittedly one was serving think the other 5 in support after another few minutes wait ...... frustrated gave up and left , only store I ever visited that’s over staffed must be great not having to do nothing all day ,and ignore your customers ..... I never normally complain in a post but so frustrating and had a few minutes spare whilst waiting for some food in a nice pub . For the manager time of incident about 11.50 am Wednesday 18th ,

Good place and great staff, for a store of that size they should have more mobility scooters for hire. I do not stay to browse because of my mobility issues, great shame!!!

This stores staff has never been very helpful and on several occasions act as if they just can't be bothered. I used to work in retail and one of the things that was looked down on is cashiers having conversations with each other while serving customers. Yet again this morning two cashiers where shouting to each other over two queues of customers about non shop related matters, not very professional. If it wasn't for Aldi not having filtered milk I wouldn't come back.
