I like the bakery section, good selection of pastries here and after 7pm are much cheaper apparently but never been at that time. Have good offers on meat and fish. They have Middle of Lidl where they sell different items at a good price, not food. And they do sell branded items throughout the store. Staff very helpful and friendly.
This store is local to where I live, so convenient to shop and produce is mostly good. Staff are helpful and willing to answer any questions or queries.
As someone who's already overstimulated because of being autistic, having the bakery ovens going off for a solid 5 minutes whilst the manager laughs and jokes about not doing it before waiting another few minutes is rude - they weren't busy just chatting walking round ignoring it. Usually all the staff here are nice.
My family loves the bakery & kids love the mini trolleys.nManaged to get everything I'm after.nStaff always polite & friendly
Just been to Alfreton depot.as i was getting a trolley a shoplifter was apprehended by a staff member.2 bags of meat recovered.1 bag escaped .Happy days in Often
