Breakfast in the cafe HeanornnThe last 2 Sundays we have been for breakfast in the cafe.nAbsolutely great service off Clare, really pleasant and helpful too. I often go to this store to collect deliveries. Maddie is an amazing member of staff who has excellent customer service skills. The store is lucky to have her working there.
The store itself is a nice one. The staff are very friendly and they all know the whereabouts of the products and are more than happy to help out if needs be.nnHowever, the Christmas wrapping paper!!!!!,....,on removing the 'peel here' which worked extremely well, the rest of the label that kept the wrapping paper rolled up, removed the pattern and tore the paper when peeled off!! Thus the first five or six inches of the roll were useless and had to be discarded. It makes me wonder if the person who suggested the label actually ever tried removing it????
I think, he's the manager of this Tesco branch but he's got a beard and cool hair. He has always made me feel so welcome and gone out his way to make my experience in Tesco really happy. Their is also a lovely lady with bright green hair who is just a ray of light and is always smiling no matter how much I see her working shifts!
Went to cafe for coffee and cake ignored by member of staff on private phone callnOrdered coffee and cake only to be told cake I wanted was still frozen and the ones on display were for display onlynNever heard of that before wont bother again
