The inside of the store is pretty good and still in good condition. You can a lot of good and useful things at a reasonable price.nnThe outside of the store needs some attention though because of all the litter - in the corners of the car park and in the bushes and shrubs. It would be nice if it was cleaned up.
Dreadful experience at the Langley Mill store this morning. No trolleys and the checkout queues were eight deep I counted!. I can understand staffing issues but there appeared to be plenty wandering about doing who knows what and why the trolley shortage? I'm off to Morrisons...
On the whole, I think supermarkets do a fantastic job. Asda is no exception to the rule. Filled with bargain prices and regular / seasonal deals, it is a great place to shop I popped in here for a brew and snack in the cafe, but ended up buying a few Christmas gifts for family. The only downside in this store for me is the number of auto tills: a real drag and I don't want to be automated Still, a good 4 star ..........
Shelves half empty, not one till open at 6 pm, we had £135 worth of shopping was told to go through self serve checkout, we was ready to walk out & leave our shopping, then a nice member of staff helped us, very poor experience.
Shopping at langley mill asda is not a pleasant experience. Half empty shelves and a lot of them empty and I'm not the only one complaining. I see there are lots of other reviews saying the same thing 2 or 3 months back. With replys from Adsa to say they are trying to make it better. Well nothings changed. The frozen peas hhve been moved today and the freezers have not been cleaned before putting something else there. Poor food hygiene. Just not good enough. I have worked in the food industry all my life and I know what standards are exceptable. I'm sure food standards agency would not be impressed
