I am usually an Asda shopper and haven't been in Llydal for years. The fruit and veg are so fresh compared to the other supermarkets and still fresh after a week rather than totally wasted after a couple of days, the quality and choice I found to be better also and a lot better value for money. I will be back.
I am a regular visitors to Lidl stores, and in this particular store I had an incident where the floor was slippery and there was no warning board on the shop floor to indicate that the floor was wet. Unfortunately for me I slipped and hurt both my arm and back. I raised the incident with who ROY who presented himself as the deputy manager for the Nottingham store where I went to shop. He totally ignored my complaint and concern. There was also a lady who has slipped and injured herself on the same spot. On this occasion I am very disappointed with the way I was made to feel by the unconcerned and carelessness of the management at the store and will not consider shopping there again.
Absolutely shocking behaviour of the employee !!! I read so many comments here before complaining about lidl employees or disrespecting customers but never thought I would witness it my self today!!!!! I went to pick up some bakery in lidl and an disabled lady was walking u could tell she was either autistic or had something else, first she tried to ask for help but we're ignored than she was walking slowly and the staff said to her colleague to ignore the disabled thing!! And fill the stock and than they both talking about how they fed up from these people keep coming in ,and why don't they go to tesco or just stay in home care, absolutely disgu sting behaviour from the skinny highlight hair lady that call her self human! karma is bad
My Mrs loved the range of fresh food and the prices will be our no 1 shopping in future
